Cheyenne
Project Overview
Related Digital is developing a 115-acre data center campus in Cheyenne, Wyoming that will deliver up to 302 MW of critical IT capacity. The first phase, currently under construction, includes a 184,000 SF building that will deliver 88 MW of critical IT capacity for CoreWeave. Because the data center design utilizes high-efficiency air-cooled chillers, the project will require only nominal water consumption, primarily for domestic uses such as restrooms, humidity and landscaping.
The first phase of the project represents a $1.2 billion investment and is projected to generate over $250 million in tax revenues for Cheyenne and the State of Wyoming during its first 15 years of operations.
