Brent Behrman joined Related Digital as CEO in February 2025. Most recently, Brent served as Chief Sales Officer at CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator, where he led CyrusOne’s global sales and marketing resources. During his tenure, Mr. Behrman’s teams executed 100+ leases and deployed more than $12 Billion of capital to support customer contracts, land acquisition, development pipeline growth and supply chain optimization. Mr. Behrman first joined CyrusOne in 2016 and held key leadership roles during the company’s global expansion efforts, including serving as Executive Vice President of Engineering and Executive Vice President of Strategy. Prior to joining CyrusOne, Brent spent nearly 20 years leading engineering and sales teams at data center and digital infrastructure development companies. Brent graduated from Texas A&M University and received his Master of Business Administration from University of North Texas. He lives in New York and Dallas.

Greg Myers joins Related Digital from Vista Equity Partners where he was Global Head of Capital & Partner Solutions and a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Vista in 2017, Mr. Myers spent over two decades in senior leadership positions, overseeing investor development, fund formation and capital raising activities, including as a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Eton Park Capital Management and a Managing Director at Lazard, Inc. (NYSE: LAZ). Previously, Mr. Myers worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. in investment banking. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the College of William & Mary.

Bill Lowry serves as Senior Vice President, Energy, and is responsible for utility relationships, power acquisition, and overall energy strategy for Related Digital. Most recently, Mr. Lowry was Vice President, Innovation & Strategic Development, at Exelon, leading the Innovation program for its 19,000+ employees, delivering digital communications projects, and organizing data center strategy for all of Exelon’s operating companies. Mr. Lowry has more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership with service providers, technology manufacturers, and investor-owned utilities, including roles at Terremark, ServerCentral, and Apple. Mr. Lowry holds a B.A .in Advertising from Texas Tech University and resides in Dallas.

Tim Wakely is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience leading teams to deliver large-scale commercial developments across the globe. He joined Related Digital most recently from Compass Datacenters where he oversaw the successful completion of millions of square feet of global digital infrastructure and created additional data center capacity for hyperscalers. Previously, Wakely managed complex design build projects across multiple industries including healthcare, theme parks and federal work. Mr. Wakely’s expertise across design, construction, and strategic ownership, enables him to deliver high-quality and cost-effective projects on-schedule for partners.

Erik Egger, Vice President of Construction for Related Digital, brings three decades of experience to the role. Most recently, Mr. Egger was Vice President, Data Center Development at Prologis leading efforts and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for site selection, entitlement, power procurement, design, construction, and commissioning development of data center facilities across North America in the company’s booming data center market. He previously served as the Director of Design and Construction at Iron Mountain responsible for all major construction builds across North America including brownfield projects, retrofits and fit-outs in the company’s data center division. He has also held Vice President positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Urbacon LTD. Mr. Egger holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, and a M.S. in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Matt Schneider brings more than a decade of experience at the intersection of real estate, engineering, and data center infrastructure. He has led teams in site selection, acquisition, and development efforts supporting over 2.5 gigawatts of data center capacity across North America, including in leadership roles at Microsoft and CyrusOne. Matt is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas and holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Southern Indiana.

Mr. Shine joined Related Digital from Compass Datacenters where he served as Senior Vice President responsible for scaling the sales team to support a $10B global hyperscale data center business serving Fortune 500 technology companies. Prior to joining Compass, Mr. Shine established a consistent track record of success in high-growth technology companies holding leadership roles at Vettro, Cysive, Spherion Technology, and Digital Realty. Bruce A. Beal, Jr. is President and a partner of Related Companies. Bruce joined Related in 1995 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day development process for projects across all asset classes throughout the country including acquisition, finance and construction activities. In addition, Mr. Beal oversees Related’s operating portfolio and Related Affordable, one of the largest privately held affordable housing development and preservationist groups in the country.  

 Mr. Beal is a trustee for New York-Presbyterian Hospital and the Citizens Budget Commission, and Riverdale Country School, a Pre-K through grade 12 independent school in New York City. He also serves on the Metropolitan Museum of Art Real Estate Council and REBNY’s Executive Committee, Board of Governors and Housing Committee. He previously served on the Board Directors of the Community Preservation Corporation and Friends of the High Line.

Mr. Beal graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Kenneth P. Wong is Chief Operating Officer and Director of International Development of Related Companies. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational, corporate and business functions of the company and oversees the company’s development activities in the international markets.

Mr. Wong has more than forty years of diverse experience having overseen the development of a broad range of real estate assets from retail shopping centers to theme parks and planned communities both in the U.S. and international markets and representing well over $30 billion worth of assets. His executive experience includes development and operating companies, both public and private, bridging the worlds of real estate, entertainment, design and technology.

Mr. Wong rejoined Related in March 2008 from Westfield America, Inc. where he served as President and was responsible for acquisitions/dispositions and operations, development, leasing, marketing and management of the $15 billion Westfield portfolio of approximately 65 properties, 9,000 retailers and over 20 active developments. Mr. Wong joined Westfield in 2003 from Related Companies.

Prior to joining Related, Mr. Wong spent nearly a decade at The Walt Disney Company where he held a series of senior executive positions, including President of the Disney Development Company and President of Walt Disney Imagineering. During this period, he had global responsibility for the largest program of investment in Disney history, including theme parks, hotels, retail centers, cruise ships and the planned community of Celebration.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Wong was Executive Vice President of Himmel/Miller-Klutznick-Davis-Gray Co of Boston, a private real estate partnership. He also served in project management positions with the Gerald D. Hines organization. Mr. Wong holds dual Masters degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and a past trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Emad Lotfalla is Executive Vice President of Design and Construction for Related Companies. Mr. Lotfalla is responsible for providing strategic advice to the senior executive team across Related’s global development portfolio. He brings over 35 years of experience in design and construction, having successfully managed the construction of over 12 million square feet in all asset classes, including large-scale infrastructure projects such as Hudson Yards and The Gateway Development Commission’s Hudson Tunnel Project, high-rise commercial office and residential buildings, hospitals, academic facilities, aviation and infrastructure and high-profile cultural facilities. Prior to joining Related Companies in 2013, Mr. Lotfalla served as construction executive and principal in charge for several major construction projects throughout New York City, which included the World Trade Center Transportation Hub, the Whitney Museum, JetBlue’s Terminal 5 at JFK, Delta Airlines expansion of Terminal 4 at JFK, the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and the King’s County Family Court. Mr. Lotfalla is a registered architect in the State of New York and holds bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt.

Natalie Ravitz is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications at Related Companies. She joined Related in 2024 and is responsible for leading the company’s communications efforts and overarching brand strategy.

Prior to joining Related, Ravitz was Senior Vice President of Communications and Marketing at Madison Square Garden Entertainment. Over the course of her career, Ravitz has also served as the Senior Vice President of Communications at the National Football League, Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Strategy at NewsCorp and the Chief Communications and Brand Officer at Verizon Media. Ravitz possesses a range of public sector experience as well, having served as the Chief Communications Officer for New York City Schools under former Mayor Michael Bloomberg, a Senior Adviser to U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer and Press Secretary for the late U.S. Senator Paul Wellstone.

She holds a Bachelors in English Literature from the University of Michigan.

Alexis Kremen is General Counsel, Executive Vice President of Related Companies, where she serves as Related’s top legal officer and advisor.     

In her previous role at Related, Ms. Kremen served as General Counsel of Hudson Yards, where she oversaw all legal aspects of New York City’s newest neighborhood, and the largest real estate development since Rockefeller Center. 

Prior to joining Related, Ms. Kremen was Special Counsel in the Real Estate Department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.  Ms. Kremen holds a Bachelor’s degree cum laude in Child Development from Tufts University and a Juris Doctorate with High Honors from the George Washington University Law School.

David Zussman is Chief Financial Officer of Related Companies where he oversees Related’s finance, accounting and treasury groups and is actively engaged in the company’s financial planning and capital markets initiatives. He is a member of Related’s investment committee and the investment committees for several of the funds managed by Related Fund Management.

Mr. Zussman joined Related in 2010 and has played a vital role in more than $18B in transactions across the company, and was intimately involved in the capital strategy, fundraising and financial management of Hudson Yards.

Mr. Zussman joined Related from Lazard’s Real Estate Investment Banking group and earned a BBA with High Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He was a member of the Partnership for New York City’s 2016-2017 class of David Rockefeller Fellows.

Mr. Gushée has been part of the New York Development team at Related since 1997, and manages developments in New York City including mixed-use, 80/20 residential housing, condominium housing and affordable housing. During his tenure, Mr. Gushée has overseen a diverse portfolio ofprojects including MiMA, a 1.2 million square foot mixed-use development with residential, hotel and theater uses; the redevelopment of the W Hotel Union Square; the 462-unit One Carnegie Hill hybrid development; the 312-unit The Tate Residences development; and the 478-unit The Caledonia development. He also serves on the board of the Union Square Partnership. Mr. Gushée completed his undergraduate studies in Engineering at Boston University and received his Masters degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT FOR POLICY

Charles John O’Byrne is Executive Vice President for Policy at Related Companies where he serves in a leadership role on government affairs on the federal, state and local levels; labor issues, litigation matters, and questions of strategy on multiple projects within the Related portfolio. He also serves on the management team of EnergyRe, an energy company focused on transmission line development.

Charles is a native of Manhattan and currently resides in the borough as well. Trained as an attorney, his career prior to joining Related involved varied experiences in government, religion, academia and business. A former Jesuit priest, he worked at Columbia and Harvard universities as a chaplain and teaching fellow. He also served as Associate General Counsel for the Archdiocese of New York. During his time in ministry he served as an attorney with the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights on the prosecution of those responsible for the assassination of Jesuit faculty members at the UCA in San Salvador in 1989.

Charles has decades of experience in politics and government as a speech writer, communications director and chief of staff. 

He spent more than five years in state service acting as Chief of Staff to the Senate Minority Leader, Chief of Staff to the Lieutenant Governor and Secretary to former Governor David A. Paterson. The constitutional office of Secretary to the Governor is the highest appointed office in the state’s executive branch. 

Long active in charitable and philanthropic works, O’Byrne presently serves on the boards of Citizens Union, the Steering Committee of ABNY, as a Trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission, Chair of the Washington Ireland Program, and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Robert G. Wilmers Integrity Prize. He is a past president of the Columbia College Alumni Association, a co-founder of the Thomas Merton Lecture at Columbia, a former trustee of the Kennedy Smith Foundation and former Vice Chair of VSA Arts, an affiliate of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts providing artistic opportunities for people with disabilities. 

Charles holds his BA summa cum laude from Columbia College, where he majored in history and studied Chinese philosophy. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Columbia University School of Law where he was named to the International Fellows Program. He holds a Masters in Divinity with Distinction and an S.T.L., in Theology from the Weston Jesuit School of Theology.
