Related Digital is developing a 934-acre data center campus in Montgomery County, Missouri that will deliver 1.2 GW of utility capacity for an American technology company. The project will be developed responsibly with respect for Missouri’s natural resources, utilizing a closed-loop, air-cooled system, and limiting water use to domestic needs such as restrooms, kitchens, humidity control, and landscaping.

Representing a multi-billion-dollar investment in the region, the project is expected to generate meaningful new and recurring tax revenues, 2,000 construction jobs, and support for local vendors and small businesses.

Following the Missouri Public Service Commission’s approval of Ameren Missouri’s new Large-Load Customer Rate Plan, the project will be served under a tariff that ensures all energy and infrastructure costs are fully covered by the project and local ratepayers are protected from any increases as a result of the data center.

Construction is targeted to begin in 2026.
